Your data should be easy to understand and control.
Here we describe how Cekta handles data from the contact form and from meeting bookings.
What data we process
When you contact us or book a meeting we process the details you provide yourself, for example name, email address, company and your description of what you want to discuss. We also process the time, the time zone and the technical booking information needed to create the meeting.
Why we use the data
The data is used to answer your enquiry, judge how we can help, book and hold the meeting and follow up on what you have asked us about. We do not use booking data for unrelated marketing.
Services that help us
The contact form is sent through Cekta's email provider. Bookings are handled by Cal.com and connected to Google Calendar and Google Meet for availability, calendar invitations and the video meeting. These providers process only the data each function needs, and may have processing of their own under their terms.
How long the data is kept
Contact and booking details are kept for as long as they are needed for the dialogue and any follow-up, normally no more than twelve months after the most recent contact. Calendar events may remain in the participants' calendars until they are deleted there.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have errors corrected or ask for data to be deleted once we no longer need it. You can also object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.
