From AI strategy to systems in production.

Cekta is two engineers who map, build and maintain AI solutions inside the systems you already run. A pilot in production in 2-4 weeks, at a fixed price.

Three steps. The same two people.

The same people all the way through: whoever draws up the strategy writes the code and runs the training. Nothing is lost in a handover.

AI strategy

We map where AI pays off in your business, in what order and at what cost.

AI implementation

We build agents, automations and integrations inside your existing systems, in production in 2-4 weeks.

AI training

We teach your team to use what we built, and the tools you already pay for.

We build in your systems

AI sticks when direction meets daily work.

Leadership cannot mandate real usage, and teams cannot scale isolated experiments. That is why we drive adoption from both directions at once.

Top down

Leadership creates direction.

A clear mandate turns AI into business development instead of a side project.

  • Name an owner and decide the direction

  • Prioritise one problem worth solving

  • Set boundaries for data, security and risk

  • Measure usage and impact, not just activity

Where they meet

One shared pilot

A bounded workflow built with the team, followed up by leadership and improved before the next step.

Bottom up

The team makes it useful.

The people doing the work know where time disappears and which exceptions a solution must handle.

  • Take the problems from the actual working day

  • Test in a real workflow with real users

  • Train the team in the tools they already use

  • Give internal owners room to support colleagues

The result is not more AI experiments. It is a way of working that gets used, measured and extended.

How we build the plan

Ett skrivbord mitt i arbetet med pappersfakturor, tangentbord och en kopp kaffe.

We start in your working day, not in the technology.

One call, a walkthrough of how you actually work and a proposal for what to automate first. No platform to buy, no months of pre-studies.

How we work

The team

Talk directly to the people who build it.

Caesar leads the AI and automation work. Ted owns backend, data and systems depth. Together they take the solution all the way into production.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Do we have to replace the systems we use today?

No. We build in the systems you already use: ERP, email, documents and internal tools. The automation is connected where the work already happens, so you do not have to learn a new platform.

How quickly is something up and running?

A first pilot is normally in production within 2-4 weeks. We start with one bounded workflow that gives a clear effect, then we build further at the pace that suits you.

What does it cost?

The pilot is quoted at a fixed price before we start, so you know what you are saying yes to. After the pilot you decide whether we build further, run operations or hand over. The indicative prices are published openly on the service pages, see /en/ai-implementering.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays in your systems. We build with permissions, logging and human review where it is needed, and nothing is moved outside your environment without your approval.

Who builds the solution?

Caesar and Ted. The same people you talk to in the first call write the code and are responsible for the solution holding up in production. No middlemen and no handovers.

Let us take the boring part.
